A: Items listed on our website are sourced from a number of countries, but mainly manufactured in China to ensure prices are affordable and help us expand our offering.


 Q: Isn't Chinese manufactured clothing is of lower quality?

A: Simple answer is a resounding NO. While we understand there has been a stigma around Chinese manufactured product due to the high influx of fake items and cheaply made items but we SCREEN every single item we list on our site to ensure it is of high quality.


Q: What to Do if I receive a faulty item?

A: Get in contact with us straight away at info@thefashionlounge.com.au and we will replace it or refund it based on your preference. We are here to make sure you have a great shopping experience.


Q: I haven't received my Item yet, what should I do?

A: The usual turn around for Items is 14-23 Days, we supply you with a tracking number with every purchase, but if you don't receive your item within the mentioned time period, please make sure you contact us straight away and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
